Earbus began as an audio puzzle on Hello, Puzzlers!, the podcast hosted by A.J. Jacobs with Chief Puzzle Officer Greg Pliska. Hello, Puzzlers! teamed up with Hedyverse to bring that playful word-and-sound challenge into a physical card game.
Choose a clue color, say the quoted word to suggest the full phrase, and let your teammates call out their guesses. Voices, pauses, whispers, and accents turn familiar words into unexpected clues. No charades.

Greg Pliska
Chief Puzzle Officer of Hello, Puzzlers!, Greg is a puzzle creator, composer, conductor, and orchestrator. He founded Exaltation of Larks, which creates puzzle hunts, and has contributed puzzles to NPR’s Ask Me Another.
